Going to see Gypsy on Broadway with Patti Lupone and Mandy Patinkin ... centre balcony first row ... the St. James Theatre ... everything's coming up roses!

It was a great show and due to the rain storm in NYC Saturday night we were able to move up to better seats for the performance as there were a lot of empty seats, "no shows" . . . thanks to the nice usherette . . . we enjoyed the performance and Patti Lupone was spectacular . . .

Of note I will say it was not as good as Wicked in Chicago but none the less for the storyline and the time it was written it was enjoyable . . . some Broadway classic songs sung live made the night memorable . . .
